If you determine it is feasible to pursue an appeal, order a Tax Protest Appraisal! A Tax Protest Appraisal will include a Summary Appraisal Report that utilizes the most accurate valuation methodologies available. This report will be filed with your appeal to the county assessor. Pack Appraisal Company will handle all of the details. Scope & Report Development: The protest report will consist of a Summary Appraisal Report that is intended to comply with the reporting requirements set forth under Standards Rule 2(b) of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Due to time constraints, no inspection of the Property will occur in the development of this report.
